How We Started

Back in 2021, our founder noticed something troubling in the wellness industry. Everywhere you looked, there were promises of instant transformation and secret techniques that would solve everything. But the people actually struggling with stress and anxiety weren't finding real help.

So we decided to build something different. Instead of flashy marketing claims, we wanted to create educational content that treated people like intelligent adults capable of making informed decisions about their health. Instead of selling miracle solutions, we wanted to share what science actually tells us about managing stress effectively.

Four years later, we're still committed to that original vision. We measure our success not by how quickly people sign up, but by how well our community members understand and apply stress management principles in their daily lives.
