Cognitive Behavioral Strategies
8 weeksLearn to identify and reshape thought patterns that contribute to stress and anxiety. This course combines CBT techniques with practical homework assignments and group discussions. We focus heavily on real-world application and developing personal coping strategies that work long-term.
Advanced Stress Resilience Training
12 weeksFor those who have completed foundational courses or have significant previous experience with stress management techniques. We dive deeper into complex situations, crisis management, and building long-term resilience. Includes personalized coaching sessions and peer mentoring components.
